Hipoteca autoconstrucción
Build your own family home with the Banco Santander Hipoteca Autoconstrucción. You can get up to 100% of the budget for the building work, not exceeding the cost of construction and always with an upper limit of 70% of the replacement value in the case of completed construction.
The maximum term for this mortgage is 30 years for the first home and 25 for the second.
You can also benefit from a grace period in paying the capital for the self-build mortgage of up to a maximum of 2 years.
Mortgage for other purposes
Apply for a mortgage loan of up to 70% of the appraisal value of a property free of charges, that is, one that does not have a mortgage in progress or other types of limitations, if it is your habitual residence, or up to 60% for other types of property. With this loan, you will be able to cover the financing needs if you want to carry out reforms in your home, you want to renovate your home, financing for the payment of taxes or even for starting or completing your studies.
The maximum term is 15 years.
