Agreement with Somacyl to get a mortgage of up to 95% for your home¹

Aimed at young people under 35 who do not have enough savings to buy their first home. The mortgage could be for between 80% and 95% of the value of the property (the sale price or the valuation price, whichever is lowest). You must always contribute, at least through your own funds, the difference between the purchase price and the amount financed.

Eligiblity requirements for the My First Home Programme

You will be able to take advantage of the programme if:

• You are under 35.
• Your income limit is 5 IPREMS (Public Income Index) (which is 42,000 euros per year for a person living alone).
• You do not own another property (with certain exceptions such as in cases of separation or divorce, etc.).
• You are buying your first home.

In addition, the house you want to buy:

• Is located in the Autonomous Community of Castilla y León.
• Will be your main and permanent home.
• Is worth €240,000 or less, excluding purchase fees and taxes.
