A dedicated space
Santander opens a new space dedicated to the Social Housing Policy to report on the main measures we are taking in this area, including: the Social Housing Fund (SHF) and the Code of Good Practice (CGP).
Since 2012, Santander has duly complied with the regulations regarding the protection of mortgage debtors without recourse; but, in addition, we offer additional measures - beyond the legal requirements - for customers with financial difficulties and at risk of social vulnerability.

Social Housing Fund
The SHF is designed to provide a home to all those who have been deprived of their homes as of 31/12/2007 and are in a situation of special social vulnerability. If that is your situation this is your space.
