A dedicated space
Santander opens a new space dedicated to the Social Housing Policy to report on the main measures we are taking in this area, including: the Social Housing Fund (SHF) and the Code of Good Practice (CGP).
Since 2012, Santander has duly complied with the regulations regarding the protection of mortgage debtors without recourse; but, in addition, we offer additional measures - beyond the legal requirements - for customers with financial difficulties and at risk of social vulnerability.
How can we help you?
Social Housing Fund
The SHF is designed to provide a home to all those who have been deprived of their homes as of 31/12/2007 and are in a situation of special social vulnerability. If that is your situation this is your space.
Code of Good Practice
If you are having trouble meeting your mortgage obligations and want to find out about the options the Bank offers under the CGP, this is your space.
Code of Good Practices in case of vulnerability
If you find yourself in a vulnerable situation that prevents you from meeting your mortgage obligations, and you want to find out about the options offered by the Bank under the protection of the CBP, this is your space.
