Tools to help protect you

We offer a range of tools to make every interaction with the bank easier and more secure.

Santander Calls You

Santander Calls You is on hand to help you spot telephone scams. Whenever we call you, you’ll receive:

  • A notification in your Santander App.
  • An email with no links or attachments.

We will never send these alerts through other channels such as SMS or WhatsApp.

How do I use it?

All you have to do is enable notifications in your Santander App or Online Banking. You’ll receive the email automatically.

Santander Key

With Santander Key, you can authorise your transactions securely and easily in the App. Online purchases, cash withdrawals from ATMs or mobile payments—everything confirmed using your fingerprint or facial recognition.

How do I activate it?

You can activate it directly in your Santander App, either from the home screen or by heading to “Security Settings”.

Cyber Heroes

Using increasingly sophisticated techniques, fraudsters can spoof the phone number you see when they call you or even insert fake text messages into genuine conversations.

Test your knowledge in everyday situations with our interactive Cyber Heroes adventure.
