1. Promotion valid until 25 November 2026: The monthly fee for the POS terminal under the “flat fee” option will be waived provided the following conditions are met: (1) You are the holder of a Santander Account. (2) You set up—or already have in place—a direct debit for your company’s Social Security contributions or for your self-employed Social Security contributions, as well as payment of at least one tax linked to your professional activity. (3) You enter into a POS terminal agreement with Getnet for the first time through the Bank under the “flat fee” option (card terminal service marketed by Banco Santander, S.A., offered and subject to prior approval by Getnet Europe, Entidad de Pago S.L.U., which safeguards the funds received from users by holding them in a separate account opened with Banco Santander, S.A.). (4) You take out and maintain a protection insurance policy with an annual premium equal to or greater than €300. You must meet all the terms and conditions of the promotion and register for the campaign using the form made available to customers.
