Our shipment tracking solution lets you check the status of your shipments by logging in to your Online Banking.
The platform is connected to more than 700 couriers and 100 shipping companies, meaning that you can receive up-to-date information on your shipments in real time: estimated delivery date, location, possible blockades or customs checks, etc.1
You can access your shipment information in one place by simply logging in to your business account. There you will find a list of shipments with all the information you need (origin, location, current status).
To track them, you can choose between one of three options: tracking number, bill of lading or container number. You will be able to see up to nine possible statuses, to make sure that everything is on track or spot possible delays.
All tracking numbers are saved. You can check the status of your shipments at any time, in real time. And with our Multiple tracking option, you can track up to six tracking numbers at the same time.
There is no limit on the number of shipments you can track.
If you are an existing customer, you can find this service by logging in to Online Banking for Businesses, then heading to Foreign Trade and selecting Track transfers and goods.
