You will be assigned a personal advisor who will handle all matters related to setting up your company. Contact them whenever you want. Additionally, they can help you apply for a lump sum unemployment benefit to help you get your business off the ground.
- Drafting and proofreading of documentation
Legálitas Negocios experts will draft and review all the necessary documents to create your company if it is a Limited Liability Company.
- Procedures before the Mercantile Registry and the Tax Agency
Management and processing of certifications and other obligations in the Mercantile Registry and the Tax Agency.
- Formalisation of deeds
