What does the service offered by Legálitas Negocios include1?

If you create your company or register as a freelancer with Legálitas Negocios, you can enjoy the following services:

  • Personal advisor for setting up your company
    You will be assigned a personal advisor who will handle all matters related to setting up your company. Contact them whenever you want. Additionally, they can help you apply for a lump sum unemployment benefit to help you get your business off the ground.
  • Drafting and proofreading of documentation
    Legálitas Negocios experts will draft and review all the necessary documents to create your company if it is a Limited Liability Company.
  • Procedures before the Mercantile Registry and the Tax Agency
    Management and processing of certifications and other obligations in the Mercantile Registry and the Tax Agency.
  • Formalisation of deeds
    Legálitas Negocios experts will help you formalise public deeds before a notary. We arrange the appointment, but the notary and Mercantile Registry fees and costs are not included.
  • Grants and subsidies
