My card has been stolen
If your card has been stolen you must request a total block and a new one will be sent to your home. You can do this via the App, Online Banking or by calling the 24-hour free phone number, 900 811 381.
You must also report the theft to the authorities.

I have lost the card
You can temporarily block your card either through the Santander App or via Online Banking. To do so, just access the card and turn it off.
When you need to unblock it, activate it again by switching it to ON mode. Then you can continue using it without any problem.
In case you can't find your card, request its total block and get a new one sent to your address. You can perform this operation via the Santander App, Online Banking or by calling 900 811 381.

Someone has used my codes
If you think that someone may be misusing your codes, you must change them as soon as possible. You can do it through the App, Online Banking or by calling Superlínea (915 123 123).
Once you request new codes, the old ones will stop working.
