Home rentals: rent your home and forget about the hassle:

Guaranteed punctual rent payment every month: if the tenant does not pay, Housfy covers it.
Housfy handles finding a reliable tenant by analyzing their financial profile.
Management of any issues that may arise with the rental and tenants.

For the sales service:

Sell your flat with Housfy for a one-time fee of €6,910 (VAT included)².
Exclusivity for only 3 months.
You will have a personal Housfy manager at all times.

For the rental service:

50% discount on the management fee for the first 3 months (pay 3% instead of 6%).
20% discount on property marketing.
Exclusivity for only 30 days.
Comprehensive issue management, tenant non-payment insurance, and punctual rent collection every 7th of the month.

That’s it! This is how the process begins. Once you have signed up for the service Housfy provides, an expert will be assigned to manage and publish the ad for the property you wish to sell or rent.

2. The rate corresponds to a property with a value of less than €300,000. In the event that the property exceeds this value, our sales agents will inform you of the corresponding rate.

3. The price of the service without a visitor manager is € 4,490 VAT included.
