Altamira, Solvia and Diglo mortgages
At Banco Santander we finance up to 90% of the lower of the values between the purchase price and the appraisal value for the acquisition of foreclosed properties of the Banco Santander Group, sold by Altamira, Solvia y Diglo.
This offer is valid in the following cases:
- Mortgages for the acquisition of your residential home or your second home.
- Mortgage for the acquisition of tertiary real estate (premises, offices and warehouses)
