Solvia and Diglo mortgages

At Banco Santander we finance up to 90% of the lower of the values between the purchase price and the appraisal value for the acquisition of foreclosed properties of the Banco Santander Group, sold by Solvia y Diglo.

This offer is valid in the following cases:

Mortgages for the acquisition of your residential home or your second home.
Mortgage for the acquisition of tertiary real estate (premises, offices and warehouses)
