At a single glance you'll be able to find out the steps to buy your home, and you'll have tools that will help you make decisions suited to your needs.

Based on your financial situation and the type of house you're looking for, we'll let you know the recommended maximum price of your new home. Budget calculations are based on data you provide in a brief questionnaire.

Check whether the price of your home is aligned with the market

If you've already found your future home, we'll tell you if the price is in line with other similar properties. The valuation of the property is based on the location, use, surface area and year of construction included in the official cadastral information.

Instantly calculate how much you'd pay each month

You can personalise your loan by choosing the mortgage that best suits your needs. The calculation will be based on your chosen rate (fixed, variable or mixed), the price of the property, the amount borrowed and the repayment period.
