How to turn your terminal on and off.

To turn your POS on, first connect the terminal to the battery.

Below we will explain how to turn your POS on and off according to the model you have:

We recommend that you leave your terminal connected to the network and power at night. This will allow your POS software to receive regular updates, keeping you protected at all times. This way, you will avoid needing to update the terminal just when you have to receive a payment.

How do I perform the most frequent operations?

Make a sale

Our POS accept payments from cards with chip, magnetic strip, contactless and mobile payments.

In any case, the POS will always indicate the action to be taken:

  1. Enter the amount with two decimal points and press the green button.
  2. Swipe, enter or pass the card or mobile over the POS. Pass contactles cards or mobile phones over the screen of the POS until it beeps.
  3. If the POS asks for the PIN, give the terminal to the card holder to enter their number and press the green button. 4. Wait a few seconds for the receipt. If necessary, the card holder must sign the receipt.

Make a return

RETURN WITH THE CARD:

  1. Press the "Menu" button and use the arrows to select the "Operaciones de Cliente / DEVOLUCIONES" option.
  2. Enter the amount with two decimal points and press the green button.
  3. Swipe, insert or pass the card or mobile over the screen, depending on the what the POS indicates. In the case of contactless cards or mobile phones, pass them over the screen until the POS beeps.
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen and enter the requested information (bank, original transaction number).
  5. The receipt will print out and the card holder must sign a copy for you.

RETURN WITHOUT THE CARD:

  1. Enter the last 4 numbers of the card and press the green button.
  2. Select centre (to select what it is) and push the green button.
  3. Enter the number of the original transaction and press the green button..

Do the account close

  1. Press the "Menú" button and select the “Operaciones de Comercio" option. Then select the “Cierre" option”.
  2. Select centro and press the green button.
  3. The terminal will print the totals of the closed session.

Make a copy of the receipt

This function allows you to get a copy of the sale and/or return receipt of a transaction made in the last 90 days.

  1. Press the “Menú” button and select the “Operaciones de Comercio” option. Select the “Copia online de recibo” option.
  2. Select centro and press the green button.
  3. Select the transaction whose receipt you want to duplicate. You have the option to duplicate: Last transaction or Other transactions.
  4. If you select “Última operación" [Last transaction], press the green button and the POS will print a duplicate receipt.
  5. If you select “Otras operaciones” [Other transactions], enter the transaction number and press the green button. The POS will print a copy of the receipt of the requested transaction.

Check transactions from the POS

Check totals

  1. Press the "Menú" button and select the “Operaciones de Comercio" option. Select the “Totales" option”.
  2. The terminal will print the totals of the current session.

In the first connection of the day you will be informed of the totals of the previous day if you have not already done the manual close.

See the details of ta transaction

  1. Press the "Menú" button and select the “Operaciones de Comercio" option. Then select the “Details" option”.
  2. If requested, select the financial institution.
  3. Use the arrows to select the type of details:
  • To see the last 10 transactions: Select the “General" option.”.
  • To see a transaction: Select the “Particular” option, enter the transaction number and then the date (DDMMYY).
  • To see by date: Select the “Particular” option and enter the date (DDMMYY).
