A platform with training and employment offers

Companies for Ukraine is a digital platform with training and employment offers aimed preferably at people from Ukraine, to help them to successfully integrate into Spain.

This platform is an initiative from the CEOE Foundation in collaboration with several companies, including Santander. Around 450 companies of all sizes and from different sectors have joined the platform, and almost 2,000 vacancies have been posted.

The project forms part of the initiative 'Companies Helping Out' and is supported by Universia, Santander's open non-financial services platform, to assist users on their path to employability.

A work roadmap has been established along with the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migrations in relation to the programme launched by the government to welcome and include people from Ukraine, to provide information, training and employment from the private sector in a single space.
