How do I get the password to view my accounts?
To use online banking for the first time and view your accounts and other contracted products, you must first sign the Digital Banking Contract (previously known as the Multichannel Contract).
This way you will get the password that will allow you to access your accounts overview and consult all your products and services, as well as your electronic signature, which will enable you to carry out different operations and contract new products and services.
You can sign up for your Digital Banking Contract through the Santander app or online banking, or by visiting any of our branches.
- Via the Santander app
In the app, go to the home screen of the main menu, open the menu on the top right and select "Get passwords".
Remember that the Digital Banking Contract number is made up of 20 digits. This can be found in the documentation.
- Via online banking
From the "Customer Access" screen, click "Sign up for Online Banking" and fill in the form with your details.
If you already have a password but you don't remember it or it is blocked, you can get a new one quickly and easily:
- Via the app, select "Recover password" on the home screen.
- Via online banking, select Customer Access and then "Problems with your password?"
