Make purchases securely with Santander Key

Train or plane tickets, car rental, hotels... Validate any purchases that you need to make online with Santander Key simply by using your fingerprint or face recognition. It's quick, easy and highly secure.

• Grab your towel, swimwear and mobile and you're ready to roll, because you don't need anything else to make purchases. You can pay through Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Garmin Pay and Fitbit Pay.

All you need is a mobile with NFC technology and to add your cards to the payment app on your device. When it's time to pay, you'll have to unlock your phone and hold it near the payment terminal. Depending on your payment app settings, you may need to open it and select the payment option.

• Use Bizum and share expenses without the hassle

• Bizum is a fast, easy and secure way of sending and receiving money by mobile phone. No need for cards or account numbers. All you need is your Santander app and to sign up for the service through the Santander app or online banking¹.

You can set it up using your mobile number and the account of your choice.

If you send money, it will appear automatically in your account. If you want to receive money, you'll have it in your account as soon as your contact accepts the transaction. You can find more information on how Bizum works here.

Find the ATMs in working order near you and use the app to generate a code or QR code to withdraw cash.

• Find out everything you can do from the app before you go to an ATM:
• Search for the nearest ATMs in working order.
• Confirm the type of banknotes available at the ATM.
• Adjust or change your card's limits instantly.
• Generate a QR code to withdraw up to €300 in cash without a card. You can generate it for yourself or for another person.
• View your account activity or balances.

• Withdraw cash from an ATM from the App, without having your card with you.
• Make sure that the ATM where you will withdraw cash is contactless.
• Once in the ATM, on the screen click on the button “Transactions without card”, and then click on “Withdraw cash with” and enter the code that the Santander App has generated.
• Modify or change the card limits right away.

• How to check and change your card limit

• You can check the limit on your cards in the personal area on your Santander app. Select the card in your account overview and tap "Change card limits" (or if you don't see this option, tap on the "+" symbol that appears in the centre). The limits and the option to change them will appear.

You can also check them through Online banking, using your ID document and your password. Select the card in your account overview and tap "Change limits" on the right-hand menu.
