How can I see the PIN number of my card?

The card PIN is a secret 4-digit number that you need to know in order to withdraw cash from an ATM or authorise purchases. If you don't remember it, you can check your card PIN in the Santander app or via online banking.

Via the Santander app

Use your password to log in to your home page (accounts overview) and follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the drop-down menu on the right-hand side via the icon with the three horizontal lines and select "My products".
  2. Then click on "Cards" and select the card you wish to view.
  3. Click on "View PIN". If you cannot find this option, click on the "+" symbol in the centre.

Via online banking

Use your password to access online banking and follow these steps:

  1. In the top menu, click on "Accounts and cards" and then "Cards".
  2. Select the card you want to view and then click on "Online PIN query" in the menu on the right.

In both cases you will need to have your electronic signature active and operational to complete the transaction.
