How can I make an appointment with a relationship manager at my branch?
Need to speak with a relationship manager at your branch? You can use the website or the App to arrange a telephone or face-to-face appointment with your relationship manager, without having to queue or wait.
Via Online Banking
- Log in to Online Banking by entering your password and follow these steps:
- In the top menu click on "Customer Support".
- Select “In-branch appointment for commercial matters” and choose whether you want a telephone or face-to-face meeting. You will also be asked to provide a reason for why you want to speak with us. Then all you need to do is pick a day and a time. Remember that appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
From your Santander App
- Use your password to log in to your home page (accounts overview).
- Click on the main menu and select “Help centre”.
- Then click on “Arrange appointment at your branch”.
- Choose whether you want a telephone or face-to-face meeting, provide a reason for why you need to speak with us and then simply pick a day and a time. Remember that appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
