How can I make an appointment with a relationship manager at my branch?

Need to speak with a relationship manager at your branch? You can use the website or the App to arrange a telephone or face-to-face appointment with your relationship manager, without having to queue or wait.

Via Online Banking

  1. Log in to Online Banking by entering your password and follow these steps:
  2. In the top menu click on "Customer Support".
  3. Select “In-branch appointment for commercial matters” and choose whether you want a telephone or face-to-face meeting. You will also be asked to provide a reason for why you want to speak with us. Then all you need to do is pick a day and a time. Remember that appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

From your Santander App

  1. Use your password to log in to your home page (accounts overview).
  2. Click on the main menu and select “Help centre”.
  3. Then click on “Arrange appointment at your branch”.
  4. Choose whether you want a telephone or face-to-face meeting, provide a reason for why you need to speak with us and then simply pick a day and a time. Remember that appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
