What your friends have to do

To receive the referral bonus, your friends must open a Santander account online using your referral code for the offer and they must sign up for one of the following offers:

If your friend wants to enjoy an iPhone 17e for €0/month² with a 36-month lease, they must open an account with your referral code, join the offer and meet the terms and conditions of the offer.

How to get it

Any personal account at Banco Santander that can be opened online, such as: Santander Account, Online Account, Group Account and Business Account.

Of these, the Online Account⁴, is an exclusive account for new customers without any conditions, so it makes participation very easy:

€0 account maintenance fee.
€0 issuance and maintenance fee for the Santander Debit Card.
€0 fee for transfers online or at ATMs (except for urgent transfers) and Bizum.
€0 fee for debit cash withdrawals at the 30,000 Santander ATMs around the world.

You can send your referral code to as many friends and family members as you want. The referral code will expire after 10 uses, i.e. once 10 people have used your code to take advantage of the offer.

Once the Bank has verified that you meet the requirements to take advantage of the offer and the stipulated timeframe has passed for verifying that your friends also meet the requirements, you will receive the €80 referral bonus for each friend who becomes a customer using your referral code. You will receive the bonus in the account you indicated when you signed up for the offer.

1. Bonus of €80 (eighty euros) gross, net amount €64.80 (sixty-four euros and eighty cents) for each new customer, up to a maximum of 10 customers. 2. Leasing offered by Banco Santander. Monthly lease for the iPhone 17e 256 GB (without insurance): €20.99/month (including VAT). You will receive a net monthly cashback of € 20.99 (after applying the applicable tax withholding under current regulations; currently 19 %) for entering into a 36-month technology lease agreement, if you are a natural person and arrange: (i) for the first time, for your salary or pension to be paid directly into your account for an amount exceeding €1,200, or set up direct debits for your self-employment contributions or mutual fund payments; (ii) then maintain this arrangement in effect along with two monthly direct debits of bills; (iii) carry out at least one monthly credit card transaction, or otherwise maintain a daily account balance of at least €1,000 throughout the month; and (iv) have an active Bizum service in effect with Banco Santander. 3. Referral bonus of €400 gross for new salary or pension payments deposited directly in your account of at least €2,500/month and the payment of two direct debits per month from the same account. For salaries between €600/month and €2,500/month, the gross referral bonus is €300. Minimum term of 24 months. You need to meet the terms and conditions of the offer and sign up for the campaign using the form for customers. The referral bonus of the offer is income from capital subject to the relevant tax at the prevailing rate (currently 19%).
