What is the Digital Banking Contract and how can I sign up for it?

The Digital Banking Contract (previously known as the Multichannel Contract) allows you to access all digital channels (online banking, mobile banking and Superlínea) and carry out operations through them, using a password and an electronic signature.

The password allows you to enter consultation mode and the electronic signature enables you to confirm the operations you wish to carry out.

You can sign up for your Digital Banking Contract in the Santander app or via online banking.

Via the Santander app

In the app, go to the home screen of the main menu, open the menu on the top right and select "Get passwords".

Via online banking

From the "Customer Access" screen, click "Sign up for Online Banking" and fill in the form with your details.

You can also activate your Digital Banking Contract at any of our branches.

If you need to view your Digital Banking Contract number, remember that it is made up of 20 digits and that you can find it in the documentation signed when you registered. If you do not have the documentation, you can get it at your local Santander branch.
