How do I access online banking?

From your online banking, you can carry out all your day-to-day banking transactions, from controlling the activity of your accounts and cards to making transfers, checking your bills or paying taxes.

To access online banking, go to the bank, website, select "Individuals" from the menu and then "Customer Access". In order to enter your accounts overview you must enter your identity document (NIF, NIE, CIF or Passport) and your password.

Remember that the password is made up of 8 digits, numeric characters only, with no spaces, hyphens or full stops between them.
