How can I check my account balance?

You can check your account balance using the Santander App or Online Banking. In both cases, you'll need to access your account overview using your password. From there, you'll be able to view all your bank accounts, as well as their balances and any transactions that you have made.

Checking your account balance on the Banco Santander website is simple:

  • Go to bancosantander.es
  • In the top right there's a button that says "CUSTOMER ACCESS ":

  • The button will stay there no matter what part of the page you are on, so you can access your account with ease:
  • If you are using your mobile or tablet to check your account balance on the Banco Santander website, you'll have to tap on the menu to the right. Once you've done this, a menu will be displayed where you'll find the "CUSTOMER ACCESS" button:

Remember, if you normally check your balance on your mobile, you can make logging into your account more convenient by downloading the Santander App.
