How do I view the direct debit bills in my account?
If you wish to consult the direct debit bills in your account, you can do so via the app or online banking.
Via the Santander app
Use your password to log in to your home page (accounts overview) and follow these steps:
- Navigate to the drop-down menu on the right-hand side via the icon with the three horizontal lines.
- Choose the option "Bills".
- Search for the bill you wish to view.
- As well as finding detailed information, in this section you can also request a duplicate bill, download it in PDF format or print it out, cancel the direct debit or switch it to another account.
Via online banking
Access via online banking by selecting "Customer Access". Enter your ID and password to access your accounts overview and follow these steps:
- Select "Accounts and cards".
- Choose "Bills".
- Search for the bill you wish to view.
