Home delivery
Your currency will be delivered to your chosen address within 24 to 72 hours. And if you're not around to receive it, you'll be able to collect it from a Post Office branch for up to 15 days.
Track your delivery
You'll receive an SMS with the details to track your shipment at all the times.

Is there a fee for the home cash delivery service?

The service costs €11.10 per delivery¹. If you are unable to take delivery and then fail to collect it from the designated Post Office branch within 15 calendar days, a return fee of €8.20 will also be charged.

What should I do if I have money left over?

You can pay in any cash remaining from your trip at any of our branches or ATMs free of charge..

How can I report an issue with the service?

You can do so by calling Superlínea on 915 123 123, or through your Online Banking or the Santander App by following this path: Help & Support > Incidents > Other Issue.
