Promotion FAQs
The promotion is available to new customers aged between 18 and 29 who have opened an account with the Bank since 1 June and signed up for the Promotion.
It is also open to existing customers selected by the Bank who hold an account opened before the start of the Promotion Period (i.e. before 15 June 2026) and had not signed up for Bizum by that date.
To claim your reward, you must meet the conditions of the Promotion:
- Hold an account at the Bank.
- Be signed up for the Promotion.
- Link Bizum to your Santander account (if you haven't already) and keep it active for 12 months.
Once we have confirmed that you meet the conditions, you will receive your promotional code and details on how to redeem it through Santander Boutique.
No. All you need to do is have Bizum linked to your Santander account and meet the conditions of the promotion.
Once you have met the conditions of the promotion, you will be able to find your code on this screen under "I Want It". You will also receive a notification by email and through other digital channels explaining how to redeem your code. It may take a few minutes for your code to appear.
To use your voucher, simply enter the code in the designated field during the checkout process, before completing your order. Once the voucher has been validated, the corresponding discount or credit will be applied automatically and shown in your order summary, together with any remaining amount you may need to pay.
You can still use the voucher and simply pay the remaining balance.
