Santander Personal Loan is a fixed rate consumer loan that offers:

Annual nominal fixed interest rate of 5.24% (APR 5.84%)² at 11.75% (APR 13.95%)².
Arrangement fee: 1% to 2% (based on the customer's credit profile).
Comfort: because you choose the monthly instalment you want to pay, selecting the amount and term that best suits you.
Flexibility: because you can repay it over up to 7 years.
Maximum amount €100,000.
Security: because every day you are exposed to risks or difficulties that can alter your peace of mind or that of your family, you will be able to guarantee the repayments in the event of death, permanent absolute disability, temporary disability or unemployment³.

2. Calculation of APR for a loan signed on the first day of the month:

· From: Loan for €15,000 with a term of 7 years, NIR 5.24%; APR 5.84%. Arrangement fee: 1.5% (€225). Total amount payable €18,176.22 (€15,000 requested amount + €2,951.22 interest + €225 commissions). Monthly repayment: €213.70. Total cost of the loan: €3,176.22.
· Up to: Loan of €3,000 with a term of 3 years, NIR 11.75% APR 13.95%. Arrangement fee: 2% (€60). Total amount owed: €3,634.23 (€3,000 amount requested + €574.23 interest + €60 fees). Monthly fee: €99.29. Total cost of the loan: €634.23.
The APR will vary depending on the repayment period chosen and also due to the collection of a percentage origination fee. Calculations made using the French depreciation system. The NIR, APR and origination fee will depend on the customer's credit profile.
If the transaction is signed on a day other than the first day of the month, a first installment of interest corresponding to the days between the day of signature and the first day of the month will be settled. No study commission. Early cancellation fee 1% if the cancellation period and the expiration date is greater than one year and 0.50% if said term does not exceed one year.
