With pay in 3 you can split any of the purchases you have made with your Santander credit card¹ up to EUR 1,000 to instalment mode, and pay for them in 3 instalments. You can do it via online banking or the Santander App.

How to pay for a purchase in instalments

Access from the Santander app

In your Santander App, go to the card you've used and choose the purchase you want to pay in instalments.

Select the purchase you want to split

In the purchase, click on the "Pay in 3" option.

Choose the monthly instalments

You will then see the summary of the amounts payable. If you agree, slide the lower bar to confirm payment by instalments.

1. Granting of the card subject to prior approval by the Bank. This card allows for deferred payment (revolving). Keep in mind that, if you choose a payment that is too low, your debt may last longer than expected, since the monthly payment will be used first of all to pay interest and commissions and in a lower amount to the repayment of the principal. Remember to use your credit card responsibly. The abusive use of financing implies a risk of over-indebtedness with long-term consequences that can affect your financial planning.
