HOW DO I GET THE ONLINE ACCESS CODE?

It is a very simple process. In just 3 steps you can sign the Digital Banking Contract and start carrying out operations from wherever you want, simply, quickly and safely.

  1. Access the Digital Banking Contract registration page and enter your personal details (identification, phone number, account number, etc.).
  2. Choose your 8 digit access code. Here we explain how to create secure passwords.
  3. 3. Confirm the registration of the contract and sign it using the code that will be sent to you by text message to your mobile phone.

As soon as you complete the registration, you can then use your access password to view and manage all your products by phone, online or using one of the Santander Apps on your mobile phone.

WHAT IS THE SIGNATURE CODE?

Once you have accessed your Online Banking, in order to operate you need the signature code.

When registering in the Digital Banking agreement, enter all the details requested, including those relating to one of your cards and, once the contract has been signed, you will receive it immediately by SMS. This password is provisional. You must change it within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not, it will expire and you will have to request a new one.
