1. Service provided by Vivofácil S.A., with registered office at Calle Miguel Yuste 23, 28037, Madrid, and tax no. A-82277963. Some services include a free combined allowance of 5 hours, as specified in their description. Once you have used up the allowance, these services will be provided for a fee. Further details available from Vivofácil. Other services are offered without a usage limit and at no additional cost.

2. The services are accounted for in two ways:

- Services charged as one (1) hour, regardless of the time actually spent providing the service: chauffeur (MOT, repair shop, vehicle cleaning, refuelling), access to VIP lounges, fast-track travel, physiotherapy with a medical certificate and remote pharmacy services.

- Services that require a minimum number of consecutive hours and are charged in full-hour increments, subject to a minimum of two (2) consecutive hours: home help, cleaning, ironing, dog walking, nursing care, transfer services, physiotherapy without a medical certificate, breastfeeding support and handyman services.

All other services are charged at a minimum of one (1) hour per request, including private chef, personal trainer, psychology services or an at-home make-up artist.

3. Subject to taxation in accordance with current legal regulations.
