Just for being a Select customer you have a 5-hour allowance2 per year, free of charge3, to use for any of these services4.

1. Service provided by Vivofácil S.A., with registered office at Calle Miguel Yuste 23, 28037, Madrid, and tax no. A-82277963. Some services include a free combined allowance of 5 hours, as specified in their description. Once you have used up the allowance, these services will be provided for a fee. Further details available from Vivofácil. Other services are offered without a usage limit and at no additional cost.
2. The services are accounted for in two ways:
- Services that consume 1 hour, regardless of the actual time spent providing the service: chauffeur (MOT, garage, transfer, vehicle cleaning, filling the tank), access to VIP lounges, Fast-track and 24/7 pharmacy.
- Services that require a minimum of consecutive hours and are recorded as complete hours: minimum of 2 continuous hours: home help, cleaning, ironing, pet walking, nursing, breastfeeding help and handyman.
All other services consume at least 1 hour per request, such as: home chef service, personal trainer, physiotherapy, psychology and home makeup artist.
3. Subject to taxation in accordance with current legal regulations.
4. If you do not wish to accept the non-financial offer, you can exercise your right to withdraw through a form that you will find in the Select Experience section of your Online Banking. Check the Check the Legal Bases of the Santander Select Programme.
